Hurley was a determined changemaker in Muncie and in the Legislature. He was a fine, honorable man who served his community, his profession, and his legislative district with the utmost dedication! I was proud to know him and serve with him in the Legislature !

Mr. Goodall touched so many lives and he helped shape this community; he was a trailblazer serving in the Indiana House of Representatives, a vocal advocate as well as an inspiration to so many.

Muncie has lost a truly honest man. Mr. Goodall served our community well in so many ways. He did a fine job for the people of his district at the Indiana statehouse as a public servant too! He will be missed by all that knew him but...he will not be forgotten!
