Im sharing this memory on the anniversary of Dr. Kims death. My son split his head open at nursery school and received sutures at the Warren Hospital ER . We went to Dr. Kims office to have the sutures removed . Just as Dr. Kim was about to remove the first suture my son grabbed him by the wrist, looked him dead in the eye, and said, Dr. Kim have you ever done this before? Dr. Kim was a wonderful doctor who showed kindness and passion for his patients. Served two generations in our family. He was so proud of his family, and would always show us photos of his grandchildren. My daughter had the honor to be in a photo with him on his retirement. She was one of his youngest patients. Dr. Kim was a wonderful doctor as well as a wonderful person. I loved his stories about his grandchildren and the thoughtful way he took care of my three children. I am so glad I chose him for my children's doctor. He was loved my kids and myself. I am sorry for the loss of a wonderful man. Rest peacefully Dr. Kim.

HEAVEN must have needed "the Best Pediatrician", and he called Dr. I. C. Kim. Dr. Kim served as our pediatrician for all 3 of our children, and also for our granddaughter. He saved my sons life! He was everything, hardworking, compassionate, and understanding. When God called him home, he got the very best!! Rest in Peace, and THANK YOU!!

I am amazed at how many people i know have been in your care. So many. My father was one of your early patients in the practice. You took the best care of all of us, even if we were nasty children when it was time for a shot...which it seems was every visit...i knew as soon as the lollipop drawer was opened that a nurse would be in with that dreaded needle. I remember then bringing you apples because SURE that would work to keep me from getting a shot. I can remember you explaining to my mom...

I am so sorry for your loss he was the best Doctor. If I didn't understand him, he would get a medical book and have me read it. My son was in the hospital around Christmas, he asked him what he wanted for Christmas, Jonathan said a peanut butter and jelly Christmas well that's what he got him. he was truly amazing.
