Not sure what to say?

Remembering Ian today.

I looked up to Ian's composure and good-natured demeanor. He was strong and tall and heroic to me. He will be greatly missed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ian when he came to Texas a few years ago to visit our mutual friend, Caroline Frost. Ian was so much fun to be around and was so kind and sweet to Caroline - He was the kind of person one would want to see again, and I feel like I will in our next life. God bless Ian and his family; I know they must feel great loss.

My favorite times at Georgetown were spent while Ian was hanging out at Caroline's and our girls' apartment.

Sweet Ian--
Strong, kind, and handsome. Thanks for the memories.

Ian's enjoyment and service at camp for other children with cancer inspired me to participate in the community of people challenged with illness. (In my case, it is cystic fibrosis.)

I remember his gentleness and strength, and how much he loved playing with dogs.

I feel so lucky to have known him.

I will never forget Ian's gentle countenance, his fervent interest in politics, his love of Maryland football, and his devotion to his family and his dogs. I'll remember him as he was in college: strong, vibrant, and full of hope.

Dear Ian, I love recalling your dedication to the beloved Terps at the University of Maryland, an appreciation for BMWs, devotion to your family, divine-like gift with your dogs -- Jack and Snapple. Please send us beams from Heaven and rest well, know how very much you were and are loved. Lucy Tucker Goodrich, mother of Caroline Adams Frost, Claire Noelle Frost and William Hart Atchison Cheadle.
