As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. As both a friend of Ian's dad and as a N.J. track coach I followed the running careers of Ian and Brendan. It is certainly a shock and tragedy to have lost such an active young man, with so much to live for. Find strength in those around you and always be supported by the love, help and prayers of your friends and family.
