Not sure what to say?

Dear John,
Thanks for contacting me and letting me know about Ian. He was an exceptional young man and I know that his loss is unimagginable pain for you and your family. His good mind, his love of golf, and so many other worthy endeavors makes me feel sad that I never got to meet him. I know I would have loved him. You are in my prayers and fond memories. God surround you with grace, mercy and peace.

John and Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved son. I offer my deepest prayers and will light a candle in Church.

My heart is heavy when I think of the loss you two must be feeling. I remember meeting Ian at the office when he was a handsome little blonde-haired kid and I can't forget how proud you were as his father. Never stop bragging about his accomplishments and he will forever be smiling from heaven. Hold tight to each other and thank God every day for the times you had together.
Thinking of you often.

Ian had such a positive impact on so many lives. I had the privilage of sharing so many memories with him throughout high school and even more in college. He will truly be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

John, Maureen, Judge, June, Family and Friends,
You are in our prayers. We are heart struck with sadness and grasp our faith for understanding such a loss. The mind can not comprehend nor can the heart bare such a tradegy. We are only consoled by our belief that Ian is in a better place, his mind filled, his curisoty satisfied, his love enduring. Ian is in heaven today.
We shall attend mass today at St Joseph's Sylvania to pray for all of you. An eternal angel watches over you...

My heart goes out to you... Ian was a great guy -- brilliant and funny. The world lost a wonderful person. I am so sorry for your loss. He will be remembered always.

John and Maureen, when I heard about Ian I was at a loss for words. I never had a chance to meet him but he was obviously a very special person who did incredible things while he was here. It truly is a parents worst nightmare. I can only hope that somehow, somewhere you can find something to help ease your suffering. I wish there was more I could do.

Mr and Mrs Huffman,
What isn't there to say about Ian, he was an amazing person. I always have looked up to him because of his achievements and always somehow wished I had the courage, and ability to do the things he has done!!! Ian is and always will be in my heart, and I know without a doubt he will forever be in the hearts of many great friends that had the pleasure of having him in their life! My family and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
