Ian was an amazing young man. I had the pleasure of knowing him from camp, and he was always remembered for being compassionate, inspiring, and extremely intelligent. He was (and is) truly a hero. My condolences go out to his friends and family. He will truly be missed.

Ian was a bright light that had shone on all of us at Camp Dost. His humor, positivity, and selflessness are traits that none of us will ever forget. At camp, we always say that "it only takes a spark to get a fire going", Ian was a spark for so many of us. Peace and love to his entire family.
