Fortunate to know Mr Lindy and Gwenda
We have shared a chance meeting & formed a friendship that exists only through email and a once a year encounter which we will forever treasure.
Thank you for your kindness

Ian was my first cousin and I am blessed to have had him in my life. His passing leave a huge hole in the family unit as you would never find a more decent, honest, unpretentious person on the planet.
We spent many happy holidays with Ian, Margaret and Peter and their parents Arthur and Mary at Bermagui over many years.

He was a beautiful soul to so many and this is borne out by his charitable work. He was always thinking of others. What a tragic loss.

To Gwenda, Margaret,...

So sadden to see this news today ,Ian was a much loved member of the Lifeline Canberra Team . Our love to his family Jenine x

Ian was a very nice person, with whom I served in the Embassy in Tehran. He recently organised the winter nude swim in Lake Burley Griffen.

Cheers to a beautiful, compassionate and caring bloke. Our loving thoughts are with Gwenda and the Lindeman Family and friends. <3 The Oakey Family

Accept heartfelt sympathies. A true warm hearted and sincere friend. May he rest in peace.
