Not sure what to say?

Gone but not forgotten...you were an inspiration to many and a blessing to my niece, Gia. God Bless you!

I initially met Ian at my cousin Travis' wedding in Gettysburg a few years ago. It was such a bitter sweet weekend, having learned of his sickness but he was certain not to let that be the focus. Ian stayed very positive and was so inspiring. I didn't know him well but I am sure he is loved by many and is free of any pain in a better place. RIP Ian!

in one of the stars I shall be living/ in one of them I shall be laughing/in one of them I shall be sparkling/....and so it will be as if all of the stars are doing the same at night when you look up at the sky!!!!

....and there is sweetness in the laughter of all of the stars and in the memories of all of the lives that you have touched!!!!!

Ian is truly sleeping with ANGELS!!!

Godspeed!!!!! JanetRose Close--Tommy Albright , Amber Close, Rosie and Jimi

I worked with Ian briefly at McCafferty and anytime our paths crossed we always had a smile or a laugh exchange. Sad to hear that he is gone but glad that his pain is now gone. God bless the family he left behind.

To all of Ian's family, my sincere sympathy. I met Ian through my son Ryan Young and their friendship. From the moment we met,and saw his smile and genuine personality, I knew Ryan was very fortunate
to have Ian for a friend. I know Ryan feels the lose profoundly, and will experience the first loss of a true friend, yet he knows he is better because of the friendship. So I as a Mother say thank you to all of you, for raising such a remarkable young man. He made a lasting impression on me...

Ian always gave a wonderful gift each time we were with him - the gift of himself. We always found good things to talk about and share together when we were at those inter-extended family events. We will miss him. I know he would be pleased that I am honoring the celebration of his life tomorrow by spending time and having fun with the nephew he adored.

We always felt safe with an angel next door.Goodbye sweet Ian. Tommy, Amber, Rosie, and Jimi.

Ian was a precious young man and a true gift from God. His powerful Christian faith and love poured out to all he met and knew. God's kingdom has received an amazing Angel. I look forward to seeing him again in Heaven!

I am so proud of you big brother. You shared the love of Jesus with everyone. You were the truest example of a warrior in the face of great adversity. You were the greatest big brother. Even though you were wild and adventurous, you were so gentle with me. You treated me like gold. You will always be my big brother, our separation is only temporary. I am so glad you are in the presence of God, enjoying more than we ever wanted or could imagine for you. I will miss you every single day for the...
