Not sure what to say?

There is no word that come in mind to address that loss, Ian was an outstanding person that I know for 4 years as a Machine Manager so devote for others I will miss him a lot

He was just a wonderful man and a great team leader . He will be missed . My condolences to his family. Til we meet again Paul .

Sad to hear of the loss of a man who, I know, was one of the most respected co-workers of so many. Ian led by example on the job and I am sure in his family life. Never one to say "You do it" without setting the example of "how to do it." It is no wonder that so many look at Ian as an example of what a supervisor should be. So easy to work for because he was so easy to work with! He will be missed!

Hee Jake? "How she Hanging?" Heard this every time with my short time
working with Ian, when ever he made his tours. I always grinned. --Jack Paterson

RIP dear Ian.
It was easy working with you at the mill.

Never one to say this problem 'got me beat' he tackled the issues as they arose. We shared more than a couple of beers together and as...
