Not sure what to say?

April 2, 2009
Miss Ida will always be remembered as such a sweet, special lady. She was a legend in her time and will be truly missed.

Ida was a wonderful, thoughtful lady. One special memory I have of her is returning to La Belle and having her give me tomatoes to bring home with me. She had a way a making you feel very special. I feel blessed to have known her.

Ida touched so many lives with her vivacious personality and warm smile. She had a wonderful gift of making everyone she came in contact with feel very special. My deepest sympathy, thoughts, and prayers to all the family. She was a warm and caring person and we will all miss her very much.

Ida will be greatly missed. She always loved to see Kacie my daughter. Her eyes would swell with tears and I would know she was thinking of Frankie. What a sweet and wonderful person.

MJ,

I extend my sympathies, but mostly hope those remembrances serve to lighten the load. Anyone that lived in LaBelle, even for a short time, defined LaBelle in terms of the leading ladies of the town.
Such are the legacies that families leave.
Ida was a mainstay in what made...
