Ida Reichmann Leonard

Mrs. Leonard nominated me as Bountiful High School's Sterling Scholar in Business in 1965. Her typing and shorthand classes were challenging yet enjoyable because of her teaching skills, quit wit, and dedication to excellence. Because of the skills I learned in her classes in high school, I have been able to maintain gainful employment throughout these many years without the time and expense of college or other vocational courses. I will always be grateful for what Mrs. Leonard taught me.

I was a student of Mrs. Leonard. Please accept my condolences for your loss. Mrs. Leonard was a great teacher. She taught me shorthand and typing. Those are skills I have used all of my life. I owe her a debt of gratude.
