Dear Dr. Leonetti,
I am a patient of yours and am sad to learn of your mother's passing. She seemed like a strong, caring and talented lady.
Yesterday I learned of her passing from Jack DeLuca, who is the husband of my father's cousin, Fran (Wilson) DeLuca. Jack and Fran were visiting at my parents' house. It's such a small world, isn't it?
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

What a beautiful obituary! Not often that we celebrate the birthing events as we write obits. And what is more important than the giving of life to our children. The writing glitters with the real stuff of life. I've enjoyed your spirit as a healthcare practitioner. It doesn't surprise me that your mother was so special as well.
