Not sure what to say?

Dear Dr. Leonetti,
I am a patient of yours and am sad to learn of your mother's passing. She seemed like a strong, caring and talented lady.
Yesterday I learned of her passing from Jack DeLuca, who is the husband of my father's cousin, Fran (Wilson) DeLuca. Jack and Fran were visiting at my parents' house. It's such a small world, isn't it?
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Dr. Leonetti and son.....I'm so sorry about the passing of your mother. What a lovely woman and mother she must have been. Like mother....like daughter. Yesterday's influence, today's memories, tomorrow's reunions. Will pray for God to comfort you in the days ahead.

Dear Dr. Leonetti,
Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your Mother. My prayers and thoughts are with you and may God comfort you in your sorrow.

Dear Dr. Helene,
What a beautiful obituary! Not often that we celebrate the birthing events as we write obits. And what is more important than the giving of life to our children. The writing glitters with the real stuff of life. I've enjoyed your spirit as a healthcare practitioner. It doesn't surprise me that your mother was so special as well.

My condolences on the passing of your mother.

Dr. Leonetti,

I was so sorry to read about your mother's passing. It was a pleasure to read your lovely memoir and tribute to her! Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Your patient,
Donna Ruch
