Ida Denise, it grieves me terribly to just discover today that you are no longer with us. We worked in day care at the same time. When I went into the school system we somehow lost touch. I miss you and I am shocked about the news.

I met Ida Denise Ross (Nesse as we called her) when I was 13 years old. I joined a church which Nesse was already a member of. We sang on the Cherub Choir and we immediately became the best of friends. Even though we went to different schools, Nesse and I were thick as thieves.
