Idan N. Iverson died in Portland on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008. He was born on Oct. 24, 1916, in Bowman, N.D., and was the son of Idan Iverson Sr. and Anna Iverson. He was one of 12 siblings and was the last to survive.

Iverson Family,
Mr. Iverson was such a fun man and quite the prankster.
I remember being at an awards ceremony at Cleveland High School with Sally. We had just finished dinner and we were listening to a speaker. The next think I know I got hit in the forehead with a pea. I looked across the table and there was Mr. Iverson with a HUGE grin on his face ready to launch another pea with his spoon.
