May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

The community has lost a devoted servant who influenced so many. Our deepest condolences to the family.

My dear friend "Bootsie" gave me an everlasting friendship with many memories of love, laughter and life lived to it's fullest. Bootsie's accomplishments over the years was an extension of her heart and love for people, community, and sisterhood. May you rest in heaven, I'll be there one day so we can continue our joyful friendship.

Another family member gone way to soon I thought we would go cruising again & no we didn’t have to take the train to Florida lol love you gonna miss you .....

On March 1, 1998 I retired from the Dayton Police Department after 30 years. Shortly after retirement I received a personal letter from Ms. Neal thanking me for my service. I was very touched by the letter because I never had the opportunity to meet her. I think her actions speak highly as to her character. She will be missed. May God bless Bootsie Neal.
