Iesha Dewanna Caston was born on May 06, 1983 in Jackson, Mississippi to Lula Caston and Joe Britton. She is the younger of five children.


iesha accepted Christ at an early age at White Chapel M.B. Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Nathaniel Booker. Iesha was an active member in the church all her life, She was the secretary of the Sunday School, Junior Usher Board, Youth for Christ  and Youth and Young Adult Choir under the leadership of Pastor Marvin Booker. 


Iesha D. Caston was educated in Brandon, Mississippi and raised by her grandparents Sidney and Emma Melvin. She graduated from Brandon High School.


Iesha worked at the Mississippi State Hospital, then onto Mississippi Baptist Medical Center as a care provider for several years until her health began to fail. 


Iesha love to sing. Her favorite times was at church. She loved her favorite TV shows and in that loud Iesha voice "I'm Ready to Go to church" family was important  to her especially eating out with Nicholas and Aunt Linda. Iesha was full of life, funny and fought her illness with family and friends at her beside. 


Iesha was preceded in death by her mother Lula Caston, one brother Henry Caston, one sister LaShandrea Thomas and both grandparents Sidney and Emma Melvin.


Iesha will be truly missed. She leaves behind to cherish her memories a wonderful son, Nicholas Lavenate' Tucker, her parents Joe and Rosemary Britton, her aunt Linda Shaw, her brothers: David Caston, Michael Brown, Jonathan Brown, Joel Brown and Joshua Brown. Her sisters, Mahassa Lloyd (Michael), Kalola Caston, Carla Phillips and Angel Boulware, her friend Tye, the family Dog and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles. and friends.
