Ila & I were classmates at Monterey High School in Monterey, VA - She was such a beautiful, caring & lots of fun - always a smile - after graduation I moved to PA for a position with the U S Government - on my first trip back home for Christmas, Ila & two other close friends went out for a drive - so much fun - she will be missed

Ila was a lovely lady,an avid reader, was so supportive of her family, and shall be missed. She came to her grandsons Matt and David's baseball games where we always enjoyed talking and cheering! Ila , through Cindy, introduced me to some of her favorite authors, which I've enjoyed reading. She was a wonderful cook..her caramel cake was delicious!
