NEW ALBANY WEBB, ILENE HIGGINBOTHAM, 84, died Saturday. A private funeral service will be held at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. There will be no visitation. Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd., in charge of arrangements.
