Imogene Haley Jacob

My mother, Lurie Wells and my sister, Anna Mary Tackett was very good friends with Mrs. Jacobs. They worked in her restaurant and enjoyed their time there very much. She was a lady of integrity and is missed greatly.

I miss my great grandmother so much

Imogene was very nice and caring lady. Also a super cook. She basically fed me at least a couple of times each week at the Small Fry and Stop and Tell as I was growing up. I can still taste the chili and roast beef and gravey sandwiches. Then the pies were simply the best I ever had. Plus, she was always so polite and pleasant.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Once I had extra produce in my garden and she purchased it to cook for the Stop and Tell.

Sandy and family, you have our greatest sympathy at this time of your loss. Imogene was a very nice lady. My mother worked for her in her restaurant and my mother thought a lot of her. We will pray for Gods peace to be with you and your family. God bless you all .
