Ina M. Perry 9/10/33-11/8/08 Ina M. Perry passed away in Daytona Beach, Fla., surrounded by her family. She grew up and lived mostly in the Owego area before moving to the West Palm Beach area in 1979. She retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
