Mrs. Ripley met with my friends and me when we were forming an investment club in 1997. All of us came out of that visit in amazement. What an inspiration she was. What great stories she told us. What wonderful advice she gave and what great example she set. It was through Mrs. Ripley that we learned who Warren Buffet was and I thought of her so fondly recently when the business channel was broadcasting from Omaha. I will always remember her. I am so glad to have met her that one time....

Mrs. Ripley was a wonderful neighbor to me and my family from the time I was three, and I still speak of her often. She enriched my life with her friendship, guidance and an abundance of wonderful stories. I am better for it.
