Not sure what to say?

Ingrid, The other day, I was looking in my jewelry box and found the two Mexican coins you gave me. The years we played soccer together are imprinted on them. I still have the letter you wrote me shortly after you moved from Petoskey to Scottsdale...the envelope too, addressed in your perfect handwriting and the photo you sent with it, where you were sitting on the porch of your house surrounded by cacti and other desert plants. You looked so peaceful and radiating with the sun setting on...

Dear Ingrid, I think about you often and it still pains me to know that you're not around. I will always cherish the wonderful memories we had together with you, Brian, and Jess. Whether it be catching a movie at the El Con, grabbing a bite to eat at la salsa, trying out this new place called chipotle, or just sitting around in your dorm room. You were like the big sister I never had. I still remember the time during my freshman year on the last day of finals when I was late for my flight...

I just found out today of Ingrid passing away, it truly saddens me to know my friend/fellow RA of KA HU dorm at UofA, is not here among us anymore. She was an amazing person and role model. My deepest prayers and thoughts for her family.

Always in my heart. Hard to believe it's been 10 years, but not a day goes by that I am not inspired by you and how you lived your life. I love you so much.

Happy moments, PRAISE GOD.
