We are so sorry for your profound loss. Ira was a kind and gentle man. Nothing was more important to him than his family. He will be missed by all those who's life he touched.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of my cousin Ira. I will always have fond memories of him on family vacations to Chicago & Michigan City. Cheryl, my prayers are with you & your family.

My sincere condolences to the entire Berman Family; Ira was my mensch and friend these past 12 years. I will deeply miss him.

I am heartbroken for all of you and, selfishly, for all of us at Sutton Place. Ira was an amazing and wonderful man.

Cheryl and family, Harold and I are very saddened to hear of Ira's death. We have many wonderful memories of time spent with the two of you -- starting with the first day we met you -- it was New Year's Day 2002 and you hosted Carole's New Year's Day brunch (her house was being remodeled). May you find comfort in all the wonderful memories the two of you created with your travels through life together.

Ira was a charming and funny guy. He always enjoyed life. I first knew Ira as a customer of Skokie TV and later became friends with Joy, his daughter, and Gregg, his nephew. Ira brought life to every room he entered. He will be missed by all who knew him. We have lost a sterling member of "The Greatest Generation", but his memory will carry on in all of our hearts.
