Absolutely the greatest mind I've ever been associated with. His knowledge in all subjects is beyond description. I've missed hin since Encore sold. It was always a pleasure to have a discussion after Encore. Wildcats Meetings were always a treat.

He is a remarkable man and made a lasting impact on my life. Working for Jon was a priviledge and he exemplified strength, kindness, and generosity. He treated me with respect and always made me feel valued. But what touched me most was the way he showed kindness to my son, Nicholas. That meant the world to me.
