Not sure what to say?

Dad had a story book life. He was born in 1915, the youngest of 5 children of Sam & Minnie who both immigrated to America from Russia as children in the late 1800's. As a child growing up in the Bronx, Dad displayed many talents. Besides being an excellent student, he was also talented musically. He went on to college at City College of New York and after that, he got a law degree from NYU. He worked in the summers as an entertainer at Catskill resorts and as a young lawyer, interned for...

Ira was my first client. We had a rrelationship that spanned over 30 years. We spoke almost every day about the world, business, family and health.
He is and will be forever missed.
To Hal and Barbara, I offer my sincerest condolences and a big thank you for inviting me and letting me share at his Memorial.
Sincerely,
Ken Katz

I consider myself very fortuante to have had Uncle Ira and Aunt May in my life. They were an absolute blessing and an integral part of my life after we lost my dad. I'm sorry that we did not have more time with them in the last several years but they will always remain in my heart and I will miss them dearly. They were a very special couple blessed with tremendous warmth and an incredible sense of humor. May they rest in peace together.

What an interesting life both Ira and May lived! Jon and I always really liked them both and thought they were "cool". It's times like these that I wish we lived back in NY so I could have gotten to hear the stories of Ira's singing, etc. in person. I truly regret that we didn't see each other enough to know them better.

I first met Uncle Ira (& Aunt May) some 25 years ago shortly after I began seeing their nephew Michael. From the very first moment, they lovingly embraced me...and warmly welcomed me to the family. Spending time with them has always been a joy for me. I dearly miss them and the chance for more celebratory as well as quiet times together...always sharing cocktails and laughter! God bless Uncle Ira & Aunt May now and forever...

There isn't enough space here to recall and celebrate a lifetime of memories. However I must say that I loved Uncle Ira & Aunt May dearly & miss both of them terribly. I will always be grateful for everything Uncle Ira did for my mom, sister & me after my father (Uncle Ira's brother) died.
Rest in peace my dear aunt & uncle.

Ira was a great asset to our company. He and his staff provided wonderful service and his advice was treasured.

Ira and Mae were two of the nicest people. I was fortunate enough to spend many wonderful Thanksgivings with them at Aunt Barbara and Uncle Hals house.. May they rest in peace!

I was fortunate enough to work at G & G for a short while (1968-1973), I remember Mr. Levy as being a generous and wonderful man to work for and I was happy to see he lived a long life with Mrs Levy who was such a lovely women with a great sense of humor.
