Please accept my deepest sympthies at your time of great loss. Though I did not know Ira like many in his extended family, he made me feel like I did. He was a great co-worker and friend, and will be sorely missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with Ira's family and friends. I worked with Ira for several years and remember his smile and kind words. Ira wasn't just a co-worker, he was also my friend. I will miss his smile and humor. I have comfort that I will see him again some day. I will miss you Ira!

My symmpathy to the family and friends of Ira. Ira went to school with my son, Ron since about second grade (Emmons School). The Matthews were also our neighbors. Ira used to play at our house a lot when he was younger and he always had us in stitches. He was such a character. I remember the time he got hit in the mouth with the ball bat at school, the time he said he "knew" how to jump on our trampoline, the time he had a winter cap on his head in the summer because his Mom, Johnny, ...

Ira - Thank you for the many laughs and fun times in high school. You had that great spirit about you and you will be missed by many.

I remember Ira as the guy with the perpetual smile. It is my delight to have known him.

Even though we know that he is smiling down upon us now, we will miss him.
