My daughter and I met Ira,during this past year and it was our priviledge to have served him. Though we didn't know him well/long, each time talking to him (and he LOVED to talk), he projected intelligence, thoughtfulness, and insight about absolutely everything, in a most entrancing way. Even when he was not feeling well, he took the time to encourage others, give his thought on something, or just say hello. I've only known Ira for the past two years, but soon realized he was a true intelligent, humorous gentleman. We had greatimes trying to stump each other with entertainment and sports trivia. A great loss.

OUR HEARTS WERE TRULY SADDENED UPON LEARNING OF THE PASSING OF OUR DEAR FRIEND IRA. HIS DEPARTURE FROM THIS LIFE TO EVERLASTING SERENITY WILL LEAVE A MAJOR VOID IN THE LIVES OF ALL WHO WERE TOUCHED BY HIM. HOWEVER, KNOWING HE IS AT PEACE AND IN GOD'S PALATIAL HEAVEN FREE OF SUFFERING AND PAIN PROVIDES MUCH SOLACE DURING THESE HOURS OF DARKNESS. NOW WE MUST TURN TO THE ENDURING MEMORIES OF A BEAUTIFUL PERSON TO CHERISH EVERLASTINGLY.
