How proud I am to be a member of Floyd's family. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed. My children did not get to spend enough time with him as the miles are so far, but found in him the true meaning of love for their "GRANDPA." Our trip to New York in November was such a special four days and we came home with lots of memories and stories as the kids quizzed Floyd about his youth. We laughed, hugged and cried, but filled our hearts.

To the Parker and Verfuss Families:
I will miss Floyd very much even though I haven't visited with him in several years. He and Edith were a pleasure to have as neighbors and friends. My sympathies go out to all who loved him. I can still picture him sitting reading the paper with his pipe in his mouth. I'm sure Edith welcomed him with open arms in Heaven!
