Ira was a kind, intelligent man with a lovely sense of humor. He was a very open-minded person and loved his daughters and wife Iris very much. He was of course a pillar of VNS, as well as a staunch supporter of other NY institutions. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace.
