Not sure what to say?

I graduated with Irby Trimble from High School. I send my deepest condolences to his family. God Bless

I remembered Irby Trimble from our days at Glenville High School. We graduated in 1966. I did not understand Irby´s mumbling as he often did when walking in the hallways or in our Future Teachers of America Club, but that mumbling was his musical and composing voice. I have a mumbler now in my family. My condolences and prayers of comfort and peace to Irby´s sister and to the rest of his family and friends.

My sincere condolences and prayers to the Trimble family. Bro. Irby always inquired about my studies, from my youth at Calvary thru my collegiate days. He was kind and it was a consummate musician who served God and people.

I remember so vividly the first time I met Irby. We were having overnight prayer at Calvary. After that night he became a fixture at church. I will always remember Irby for his dry wit and his mastery on the piano when playing classical music. I will also remember the holidays spent together with friends many years ago and how he loved good food. I also remember when caring for his mother how he would bring her to church. Rest well my brother...

When I came to Calvary, Irby was waiting. He was gracious and welcoming. In his unassuming way, he offered inclusion and support. I never saw a more dedicated choir director...he played with such joy! When our group, Exhortation, was formed, he was right there. We spent many days and nights at his home singing, praising, arguing, laughing, and watching in amazement his loving care for his mother AND us. He is greatly missed. Sleep well, my brother, I pray I see you again.

Our thoughts are with you. Gail Long and Zach Schiller

Irby was a wonderful musician, I enjoyed his piano music so much during our ballet classes at North Coast Ballet Theater. It was always fun when he made basics sound classical with the twinkle and smile.
