Not sure what to say?

Thanks Ira for letting us know. Ms. Agoratus was a phenomenal teacher. I was Blessed to have her class and I learned so much!! Ms. Agoratus was so passionate about teaching and having each student learn! God Bless your soul Ms. Agoratus. My sympathies to all family and friends. I remember that as soon as you entered her class we were only allowed to speak Spanish. It was wonderful!! Don Quixote was fantastic too!!!

Ms. Agoratus was a wonderful teacher, a total professional and one classy woman. I know dozens if not hundreds of students, personally, who adored her. She knew how to cut up with the students, but never allowed a class period to pass without teaching-and us learning- something major. One of the very few teachers that made a significant impact on my schooling. Blessings to her extended family and friends.

The sweetest, nicest teacher you could ever want. I will never forget our class trip to see Man of La Mancha as well as all the fun times in Spanish class. Condolences to the family and may her memory be for a blessing. She was truly special.

So sorry to hear of Mrs. A´s passing. She was my favorite teacher at Port Richmond High School. I have so many fond memories of her. My time working with her in the program office with Mr. Evan´s, Pete Sorrentino and P.O Ray Garafolo was so much fun. She was truly a wonderful lady. Rest in peace.

Excellent teacher. She was one of my favorite teachers at PRHS. Because of her I am now trying to get a bachelor degree in Spanish although I am not a native speaker.

One of the best teachers I was blessed to have known ,my Spanish teacher at Port Richmond High in the early 70´s, RIP.

Irene and became friends when we meet in 6th grade at PS 22 on Staten Island. Our Birthdays' where next to each other. We have been in contact ever since. My condolences to her family. Thank you, Ellen for helping me stay in touch.

A wonderful teacher. My Spanish teacher at Port Richmond High School back in the late Seventies. Such a sweet lady. May she rest easy

Mrs A was my Spanish teacher at PRHS. I also worked in the Program office with her and Mr. Sorrentino, Mr Evans, and P.O Ray Garafola. These years were the happiest, most rewarding time at PRHS. She was by far my favorite teacher who became a role model and mentor. She saw me, understood me and inspired me and in return I was rewarded with her wisdom and friendship. She was an outstanding teacher and truly loved by her students. For me there will never be another like her. My heart is...
