Fred and I are so sorry for your loss. We enjoyed the years that Kathy and Brett were our neighbors at Pine Cradle Lake. She was a good gal and quite the fisherwoman. Fred always called her the "Bassmaster" because she could catch the big bass. We enjoyed watching her and her delight at fishing. She would often be out on her dock at 6:00 in the morning. Those are good memories. She was a friend and we will miss her very much.

I knew Kathy when she was very young in Horseheads. Hanging with Barb, Dotty and Kathy is a great memory for me. We had a lot of fun. I just wanted to send my condolences to Kathy's family. I am so sorry for your loss.

Kathy is my best friend an has been since we were very young, I'm not sure what I will do without her, but I do know that she will always be my best friend and she will always be in my heart. We did so many things together camped, fished, went out an enjoyed ourselves and the memories I have of kathy will always stay close to my heart.I will miss her deeply. Kathy will be greatly missed she was fun to work with,like said already she always spoke her mind no-matter what people thought....and the fastest foamer masco ever had!!!Brett your mother was a wonderful person....

I have not seen or spoken with Kathy since high school. But the minute I seen the name I just knew it was her, how sad, she was so young. I remember Kathy from school, she was tough, but had a kind heart. I send my prayers to her family. I hope the memories you have of her will comfort you in the years to come.

Irene(kathy) was like a sister to me, as she did hang around my sister (jan wood) and her son brett hung around mine (brandon). I herd the news & my heart just pounded, I said no way not kathy... I remember kathy,jan,and doty all laughing at the (iron bar saloon) a favorite hang out for all.. kathy was always a loyal friend to all, and a very good mother to brett, she will be missed forever..
