Dr. Irene Dabrowski

i was always in awe of irene as she and i were at cnr together. she was bright and so interested in how the world wirked,

I was shocked to learn of Irene's passing. We were classmates and friends while at Washington University. I did not hear from her last holiday season which was unusual since we always corresponded at that time of the year. I will miss your insightful letters and your friendship. Rest in peace, dear Irene.

Dr. Dabrowski never got the memo that said that there comes a time to stop loving all that learning. She is sorely missed, and we who share her faith look forward in hope to a share with her in the new creation.

Irene was a devoted scholar and professor to numerous students. She always wanted to impart cutting edge knowledge and research. And, she was one of the kindest people that I knew. She will be greatly missed by many of her colleagues that called her a friend and part of our family community. Rest in Peace, Irene.

Irene was my favorite cousin and pen pal. She was beloved by my mother Diana Dabrowski Russ and our Aunt Gladys Dabrowski.
I will miss her.

I remember Irene as a kind and gentle woman.
