Not sure what to say?

It's been a year since my dear sister has gone to be with Jesus.
While the time has passed quickly, the pain has not subsided. The hole she left in my heart seems as large now as it was then.
I thank the Lord for helping me and our whole family through this most painful time, and know we'll all be together before too long.
Irene, you were one of a kind and I'll love and miss you till the day I come to where you are.

Each time I spend a few moments thinking of my oldest sister Irene, I smile, I hurt, my eyes swell, my heart fills with sorrow. I still can't believe she's gone. Irene, your baby brother will always love and remember you for being you. You are the greatest. Ricky

Irene.. My mother-in-law, My friend. Twenty years in my life.. Forever in my heart. I'll miss you always.

One of the prettiest and sincere smiles I have ever seen was a few weeks ago when I shared with Aunt Irene how much, in a very positive way she had touched not only my life , but Karen's life... as she did everyone she was around! She looked at me as if to say your kidding ...right , then realized I meant every word and then some! She will be in our hearts forever. Aunt Irene as well as Uncle Lou have so much to be proud of! They raised three awesome children, as well as enjoyed sharing the...

I only wish I could write what I truly feel about my sweet, kind, gentle, loving sister Irene, but my heart is so heavy right now. I feel like a big hole has been pierced in it and the bleeding will never stop. No more phone calls for long sister chats; no more lunches together; no more visits, no more sharing our concerns, our worries, our happy times; no more family get-togethers and so much more. Only bitter sweet memories. She often told me how she prayed for a little sister when she...

Dear Lou, Keith, John and Brian:

You have my deepest sympathies for the loss of Irene. I had the priviledge of babysitting for your family as well in the 60's, and saw the good hearts of everyone. I saw Irene as a very gentle woman. I'm sure she's in a good place.

Sincerely,

-Frank Hinterberger

Hello Lou..this is Mary Hinterberger. I know there are no words to really express what needs to be said at a time like this...just know that my heart is with you right now, and that you are loved!...I'm so sorry! Keith, John, Brian...you might not remember me, but I used to babysit for you 'back when'. If you'd like to write me, I'd LOVE to hear from you! Please write me at [email protected] (713-270-5844). Your Mom was one of the sweetest people on this earth...we'll all miss her so...

The earth has lost a beautiful soul. Someone kind, compassionate, and caring. Aunt Irene had a gift of making everyone she met feel important and special. Never a harsh word, demeaning remark, always words of encouragement, hope and faith. Everything was in God's hands and would work out. Now Aunt Irene is in God's hands and everything will work out, as we have another guardian angel that will watch over each and every one of us. You're memory will live forever in our hearts. Love Always,

Brian, Sorry to hear the sad news. May the Lord guide you in healing. Sue Scharoun
