Not sure what to say?

To the family: Irene will be sadly missed she was such a joy over the years! I will miss my weekly visits to the nursery - our memories of your family go back into Hyde's Greenhouse days. Irene was so full of life- She will be greatly missed. Your family will be in our prayers.
Steve/Pam Novak and the rest of the Scheidler family

I also grew up in Parma. We have gone to Kal's every year to buy flowers and vegetables for decades. Mrs. G always had a kind word and a story.
I walked in a couple of months ago with a Hurley Clay Birdbath bowl I found at another nursery. (She hasn't been able to get any). Her face lit up and she said " I didn't think I would ever see one of those again". Then I bought one of the matching stands. (She had plenty of those.)We will remember her fondly. Our condolences to her...

Auntie Irene, you could always make me laugh. You were a light in everyone's life and had a spunk that could never be matched. I will miss you so much and the wonderful stories you would tell. I am glad you will finally be with Uncle Kal and I know you will always be laughing.

To all the family members of Irene Gerzeny,

My husband and I grew up in Parma and would always go to Kal's Nursery for all our landscaping needs. Now we own the Land Surveying Company next to the Nursery. We always enjoyed talking with Irene and she'd fill us in on what was going on in the neighborhood. She was an amazing woman and we will miss her. We'll keep all of you in our prayers. With our deepest sympathy.

Sharon and Richard Kole and all the employees of R.M....

To the Fiala family, Caludia, Marty, Curtis, Matthew and Martin. My thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time. You all will have precious memories that will carry you through the coming years of your life. You have firends and family that care much about you and are here to help, listen and give a hug.

Claudia; What else can we all do but smile. The last thing she would want us to do now is cry. (But, we will) Each one of us can probably remember key persons in our life (other than our parents) that helped mold us into the persons we've become today. Thanks, Irene. You were one of those persons for me and probably for many of the guys who worked for you and Kal over the years. I will miss hearing your voice say M_ , A____, when I stopped by.

Aunt Irene, we love you and will miss you. Your family is in our prayers and thoughts. You have been a constant source of love for our family. The last time we visited you a couple weeks ago, Vereen and Phyllis just got their new bikes with training wheels and they were riding them throughout your store. Anna and Hilda were both there with Claudia and Marty. It was like a homecoming. What a marvelous memory we will have of that day.

With all our love,

Rodney,...

Claudia: My condolences on the loss of your mother. Anyone who grew up in the old neighborhood knew where Kal's Nursery was and who your Mom and Dad were. Just a couple of years ago I was shopping at the nursery with my lady friend and your Mom was still working. Last week I drove by and wondered how she was doing. I'm sure your Mom wouldn't have known who I was and you probably don't remember me from the old days either but suffice it to say that I remember your Mom and Dad and offer my...
