In loving memory of my sister Irene. Having lost our mother at a very early age meant that there was always a special bond between us. We shared everything we had, including our bed and our clothes. There were some very hard times in our lives but we also had so many good times and as we grew up marriage and bringing up our families meant we couldn't spend as much time together, but I always knew Irene was just a phone call away. Even when her health deteriorated she always had time to...

To Uncle Harry and all the family. Just wanted to add to the lovely tributes already given for Auntie Irene. I cannot really add anything more to what has already been said except to say if the world had more caring people like Auntie Irene it would be a better place. Always had time for everyone and always ready to have a laugh! (Barry said Irene was very "chilled" which I think is also a very good description of her). Cherish your memories - I know you will have lots of them as you all had...

To Harry and Family. I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you all at this time and how special Irene was to me. Although it was often a long time between meetings, each time Irene had a smile and a funny story to tell. I have the fondest of memories of her from when we went on holiday together with my nanna Laura and my mum Pauline. We had such a great time, just going for breakfast we would be the last ones sitting there drinking tea, chatting and laughing for hours, it was a...

Dear Mr. Goff, Ant, Family
As Anthony's friend, I remember Mrs. Goff with fond memories. She always treated me like one of the family and made me feel welcome on the family functions that I was privileged to attend. She was always smiling and interested in what I had been up to, and would tell me stories of what you had all been up to! A better wife, mother, Nanna could not be found - she lived for her family and you could see the pride in her eyes when she talked about them. She will...

Mam didn't like this photo but I think it's lovely

To dear Uncle Harry and family, I shall miss my lovely Auntie Irene and remember her with much love and affection. She was always so kind and thoughtful towards others and although I didn't spend an awful lot of time with her she was always interested in what was happening to me and my own family. She was a very bright lady with a wonderful sense of humour, My daughter Paula and I will remember many funny moments with her and her sister Laura, my mum, during a holiday in Majorca not too long...

To Uncle Harry and family, with my deepest condolences at this very sad time. I will always remember Auntie Irene with fondness and affection. She was a good, kind and gentle soul and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

i write as irene's daughter-in- law, and am so proud of that title. She had the biggest heart and the warmest hug and i shall never forget her. I feel privileged and proud to have known her and saddened that she has been taken away from me so soon, i would love to have enjoyed many more years in her company listening to stories of her life and her wonderful family of whom i am now a part of. Irene was a wonderful mother and Carol, Bill, Steve and Anthony could not have loved their mother...
