Your never forgotten Irene

Bill and I were blessed to have Irene in our lives. As a mom of a blind / deaf mentally challenged son Adam we bonded immediately. My oldest girl Michelle has suffered with epilepsy and had brain surgery but the seizures returned. I know perseverance and being a voice for the voiceless. Irene was my hero and we're grateful her husband Jaii remains in our lives today.

I will forever remember you with admiration and fondness and our mutual devotion to DSIL. My Frank is up there with you as of May 16, 2012, I am here in CA and think of you and Julie and the crew often. RIP dear friend........Nancy Thomas

Belize Trip of a Lifetime...

There are days when I really hate to read my e-mail. Yesterday was one of those days. The news came in an e-mail that I learned that our dear friend and fellow Connections group member, Irene , has passed away. There are certain people in our lives that help us to feel stronger just by their presence. Irene was one of those people who affected me that way. Even though we have not had much opportunity to interact over the past two years, there was comfort in knowing that she was out there...

Irene, we so enjoyed knowing you and having you in our lives. What a wonderful woman you were. We will miss you.

Jaii, We here at Access By Skip are so sorry to hear about the passing of Irene. She was such a caring person and we are all lucky to have known her, she will be missed. May God Bless you & the rest of the family through this difficult time.
