I knew Dr. Irene Jakab for over four decades through our participation in
the American branch of the the Society of Psychopathology of Expression. She was an enthusiastic and wise founder of this society with organizational skills and dedication. Here human understanding, compassion and fellowship were always on display and endeared her to colleagues, students, and patients. She will be missed.
