Not sure what to say?

I still think about Irene. What an amazing woman. Some days my thoughts drift to the times my class and I spent time in the library at STAS with her. She had an elegant, calming presence to me. I truly loved her.

I have many great memories of Irene. Danny and Pete were my best friends for many years. We were always welcome at the Leeds house on Congress Ave in Moravia, playing risk or listening to the Beatles White album! After I quit high school, I stayed at the Leeds in Fort Montgomery helping Danny in the day who was laid up with a broken leg.(cooked a lot of breakfast). Irene sat me down and was concerned about my future as a 16 year old. She offered that I stay with them and go back to school...

So very sorry for your loss. She was a lovely person and we fondly remember her when we were all at St. Teresa's. Chris (George), Kathy, James & Will

Dear Laura - I am truly sorry for the loss of your mother.

My heart hurts for your loss of precious Irene. She was my dear friend. Since the day I met her at St. Teresa's she has been very special to me. Through the years we worked together she gave me a few precious mementos that I cherish and look at all the time. She was a gentle woman and a wonderful friend. I'm so glad we shared time together.

My condolences to the large large extended family, What a blessing to have one's mother /grandmother for so long, although I am sure her passing is nonetheless no less challenging. I met her only a handful times but feel I know her because of my knowing her capable, remarkable daughter.

Stephanie,, i am so sorry for the loss of your mother.

I've never met Mrs. Leeds but I do know her daughter, Melissa. She must have been a wonderful person to raise such a wonderful daughter. May Her Memory Be Eternal.
