Not sure what to say?

I succeeded Mrs Monti as the director of the Haddon Heights Library in 1977. Because of her efforts, I was able to work in a very fine building with the excellent staff that she hired: Mrs. Gilmore, Mrs. Gulick, Mrs. Carroll, Mrs. Cone, Mrs. Yeager and Mr. Burton. Her legacy continues not only through the building but with the large archives in the Historical Society collection, which she started. I have always been grateful to Mrs. Monti for creating the foundation that allowed me to...

I grew up in Haddon Heights and spent so many hours in the library, as did my father. Thank you for your years of service to your community and for furthering the love of reading.
Howard Family

Thinking of you and hope you are finding strength and peace in this time of sorrow.

My deepest Sympathy to the Family. As the Activities Director at Emeritus, I got to know Irene very well. I enjoyed our long talks together.

Irene, my thoughts and prayers are with you as you say goodbye with love to your grandmother. God grant you peace and strength.

Irene, My deepest condolences and prayers are with you as you mourn the loss of your grandmother. She sounds like an amazing person and your love for her shows when you speak of her. I too had a grandmother that was dear to me, I still miss her after 27 years. May your memories of her give comfort as you mourn her passing.

Irene - My thoughts and prayers are with you and for you, as you go through this sad and difficult time. I can tell from the brief conversations that we've had that your grandmother was more of a mother to you than anything else, as well as a pillar of strength. I hope all the love, memories and strength she gave you will get you through.

JoAnn and I are sorry for your loss and will keep you in our prayers.

Dear Irene,
With great sadness, my prayers go out to you and your family. Nana Irene was a lovely lady I will miss her straightforward comments and sense of humor. She will remain in the hearts and memories of all those whose lives she touched.
