It is with great sadness that we heard of the loss of our neighbor Irene. Eight years ago when we moved to the house across from them they welcomed us with stories of the neighborhood and of how they watched our house being built when they first came to live on the street talking of the different families that had lived there over the years, we never felt new; it was like coming home to Ireland and we felt a sense of belonging thanks to the great neighbors, Irene and Joe included.
