So glad we got to know Irene at our block parties. Our sympathies to all of the family.

So very sorry of this great lady's passing! Prayers are with the entire family ! So sorry.

Irene was a remarkable, admirable and memorable character -and always a delight to visit with! Similar to her approach to decorating her Broadway home for every holiday, she outdid herself in providing a stellar example of a life well-lived. She will be remembered fondly.

I remember going to Irene's house when she lived on Broadway. She was always so loving and accommodating, making sure the boys were well fed. She always had such an uplifting spirit about her, she will be remembered by all who knew her.

Kathleen and I grew up together and I spent over nights at the Roberts home and always heard Mr Roberts busy on his ham radio. Irene was a bright light for everyone, always smiling. My Sympathy to all of you.
