Vic was a inspiration to us when we operated Mt. Pleasant Seafood. He was never to busy to offer guidance and vistied with us, many times at the dock.I later was associated with him in the Navy and Marine Corps League.Vic had a proud legacy and will be missed by all. Masa, Jada, Tommi, and I are mourning the loss of a truly wonderful man. Uncle Victor meant so much to me and to all my family. I will cherish all the special memories I have of him. It is times like these that I really wish I lived back home. But, I`ll have to hang in there til summer when I can give all of you the hugs I long to give you at this time, and to share in those fond memories of Uncle Victor. Sorry to hear about Mr. Salvo's passing. He was such a good guy. I remember when I bought Colleen her engagement ring in 1974. The guy at the Mall would not let me take the ring on a Friday night. He wanted to wait until Monday to see my Check clear. One call to Mr. Salvo to guarantee my check and I walked away with the ring and you all know the rest of that story. Colleen and I will keep you in our prayers.

I new Mr. Salvo back in the late 70's when I worked for him at the Mt. Pleasant branch of SCN. I have very fond memories of him and remember him having a wonderful sense of humor. My sincere condolences to the family.
