Another year and more thoughts escaping me. Good for the service to remind us of what we lost. R.I.P. Dr Puscariu.

I offer my deepest and most sincere thoughts to the family and friends of a wonderful person and a light in the dark world of many of my fellow veterans.

It's almost been a year now and I still can't believe that you are gone. I hope that you find peace and love.

I cannot begin to tell you how much we appreciated your services to the children of St. Joseph, MO...we who worked with you and the children ADORED you! The loss to all is so great...sending love and prayers for your family especially your dear mother! -Theresa Harris

You saved my life through your skill and caring. At my bleakest of times, you helped me heal. You made the difference between yet another Viet Nam vet slipping away and a true chance for survival and redemption. You were a wonderful doctor to me and a dear friend. You will be missed. Enjoy your well deserved eternal reward.

The Medical field truly lost a great asset. Dr. Puscariu will truly be missed by all that knew her. Irinia was a very caring and warm hearted woman. Thank you for all you did for our son. My deepest sympathy for all family members. You will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

You were my friend. I miss your laugh, your smile and your "what?" when you didn't understand what I was saying. How we all loved you, Irina.
