Iris "Swilley" Glover, age 84, passed from this life Sunday, July 31, 2016 at her home.
She was born in Plant City, FL on December 10, 1931 to Richard R. and Kadie "Horn" Swilley. Iris was a homemaker and a resident of Vernon, FL since 1985 coming from Plant City, FL. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Mrs. Glover was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Edwin Glover. She is survived by her son, Gary Glover of Vernon, FL, her daughter, Kathy Register of Vernon, FL, her sister, Geraldine Madsen of Plant City, FL, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Shiloh Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., August 3, 2016 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Brown Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
