I just found out today (12/26) from my sister that my GeeGee had passed away. My parents and I knew Mrs. Greene when I was a baby and small child. She made me a blanket and sadly I no longer have it. I wish I could have seen her one more time. To at least tell her about the man I have grown up to be. I'm sorry she is no longer with us, but she will always be in my heart and memories. I miss her.

I just found out today (12/27) that my GeeGee passed away. My family knew Mrs. Greene when I was a baby/young child. She even made a blanket for me. I wish I still had the blanket. I'm so sorry I didn't get to see her again before she passed. GeeGee, if you some can hear me, I miss you, even though I haven't seen you in years. The memories I do have of you are fond. I'm sorry I didn't know you better.

I just found out today from Ann (IHB)about Mrs. Greene's passing. I delivered her paper in the mid sixties and she and her sons delivered ours through the seventies. There is realy no way to explain how wonderful and helpful she was. She will always remain in my heart as the angel that did all she could to help my...

Irleene Greene helped my mother each day after she had her stroke. Mother thought so much of Mrs. Greene. I will always remember her with love and appreciation for what a Christian lady she was. Everyone on Franklin Road knew Mrs. Greene and thought so much of her and her kind ways. All her family and friends are in our prayers.
