So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother/Oma. I will always fondly remember her at the dance recitals and when she would answer the phone when I called. She will be missed.

From all the amazing baked goods to playing soccer and "army" in her backyard to having to take your shoes off before you walked in her house Mrs. Meinl will be remembered for these things and so much more. Because of her I now take my shoes off before I walk in my own house. As a kid I was fascinated when family from Europe would stay next door, I couldn't believe she knew people from another continent and that she could communicate with them. To this day I can still hear her calling...
