Read MoreI can't believe dear Irma passed on. This comes as an extreme tragic news to me. She was the most nicest person I ever worked with in EPA. I feel like I was just chatting with her yesterday. We usually stayed in touch. I always looked up to her as my own mother. She was such a kind and warmhearted person. She will always stay in my heart. I will always miss you Irma. Irma was one of the dearest, and sweetest ladies, it has ever been my pleasure to meet and know. Although our lives only crossed only briefly, I was blessed to have known her. Her family should rejoyce in the love she created!
