Not sure what to say?

I, along with my many Tuareg friends and partners in Niger will miss Irma´s support and devotion for years to come.

I had the extraordinary opportunity to meet Irma and collaborate with her a bit on Turtle Will. She was/is this extraordinary light. I am sad that I am just learning that she passed. I will remember her always for her energy, her vision and as an amazing soul.

An amazing woman.....achieved so much in her life. Gave so much to others. I am so appreciative of my wonderful Turtle Tours travels.......

Irma was a truly amazing woman. Having traveled with her on many of her incredible trips, and visiting her in Carefree, Arizona, I was continually awed by her many incredible acts and giving to so many. In many African villages, a lot of babies were named "Erma" because she was so loved and admired.
This is a great loss to humanity.

She is probably improving heaven by now.

I met Irma in Buenos Aires in 1978 in my first trip to Argentina; then I met her in New York twice, sad to hear that she passed away. Patricio Vargas, Santiago of Chile

I just learned of Irma's passing and I am devastated. I met Irma when she lived in NYC. We had many conversations about travel, her name, and how we might work together. I was in the adventure travel biz at the time, but she was soon to move to Arizona and we were never able to find a common path. We kept in touch sporadically through the years. Irma was always a kind a soul mate and fellow wonderer. Travel safe, dear Irma. Your travels are not done.

I met Irma back in 1992 when I was working at the Foothills Sentinel newspaper in Cave Creek - A truly wonderful and beautiful woman who I will miss deeply.

Hearing about your loss has deeply saddened me/us, but I/we know that this is far from what you are going through right now. You are in my/our thoughts and prayers. My/our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family.
