Not sure what to say?

I'm very greatful to Mr Kershner for his guidance during our foreign film "Lagaan" campaign. May he rest in peace and be loved and remembered for his great work and legacy.

My parents. Ben and Freda Maddow, were great friends of Kersh and I remember him fondly as well and am sad to hear of his passing.

To the Kershners,
I'm a nobody, too, but I had the privilege of being a guest of one of his former assistants, Paula Spang, when she was house-sitting for him back in the late 80s. Though I never met Irv, I shared in his energy through Paula and felt his presence in his home despite his absence. What a remarkable man he was. Wish I could have known him.

Dear Kershner Family,
I am a "nobody" but many years ago I was in a Canadian movie called "The Luck of Ginger Coffey" which Irvin directed in Ottawa and Montreal, Canada. Mine was a minor role but my week working with him gave me an insight into a person who was totally professional but yet sympathetic, compassionate and fully understanding of the needs of those cast members who, perhaps, were working for the first time in such a situation.
I have always cherished that experience...

To the Family of Irvin Kershner,

Were very sorry for the loss of Mr Kershner.
